The United Women in Faith carry on this great tradition of spreading the Gospel to each other and to the community at large. Under the leadership of the United Methodist Women of this congregation we have raised funds to support a missionary overseas, sent young people to camp, support and raise funds for Operation Christmas Child, work with the food pantry in Mt. Pleasant, provided Christmas gifts to needy young people in the Mt Pleasant area, raised funds for the mission team to take to Oak Hill, West Virginia to help needy families there… among many other things!
Probably one of their greatest achievements is the support they provide each other in times of need or crisis. We are blessed to have such a wonderful group of ladies who love the Lord and desire nothing less than to reach out to others for Jesus Christ.
